(b) Mailing List Management: All mailing lists at Quantum-Self are maintained via an opt-in method that records the IP address of the person subscribing to the particular list. Any newsletter or e-mailing sent from Quantum-Self always includes a clear and easy unsubscribe link. Anyone using any of our products and services in conjunction with any mailings must also abide by these standards. (c) Fraud: We take fraud seriously, and will aggressively prosecute any fraudulent transaction conducted using our networks or products in any way shape or form.

DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS: Anyone requesting a refund against their purchase of a downloadable product created and owned by Quantum-Self/Ravino, Inc. must request said refund between the period following fourteen calendar days of purchase date, and prior to midnight (Pacific time) on the 30th calendar day following their actual purchase date. A copy of the purchase receipt bearing the customer's information must be submitted with such request. We do not issue refunds for products selling for $10 US or less. We do not issue refunds on discounted products and/or services.

RETURNS: Anyone requesting a refund against their purchase of a downbloadable product and/or training program created and owned by Quantum-Self/Ravino, Inc. should contact quantum@quantum-self and provide a copy of their receipt. Returns are issued in accordance with the terms and conditions stated on each product sales page. Return of Affiliate Products: Quantum-Self/Ravino Inc does not process return requests for products ordered from our advertisers, joint venture partners, or affiliate agreements.
